The surgeon has been under majority though the pandemic and I think they are done an amazing job.

Telephone contact poor phoned 3 times to find out it a patient waiting here for an ambulance was still here.
Suggested improvements
The first contact was working from home the record contact was in Millbrook and the third was upstairs and had no idea what was happening downstairs that did fixed out.
